How was the onboarding process with T&S?

I was quickly integrated and was very well received by all the teams, both in Strasbourg and in the Group's other branches. Everyone was incredibly available and provided good guidance. My start in Toulouse would certainly have been different if I hadn't had opportunity to interact with many different managers, directors and consultants.

What do you like most about T&S?

Once again, it comes back to the human aspect: the availability and responsiveness of the people, the cohesion and emulation within the teams. On top of that, every effort is made to allow us to succeed: onboarding, training, support and regular supervision.

I graduated from a Master in Human Resources Management, and I have 12 years of experience – I have started my career in employment agencies for 7 years, with the responsibility of several of them, and have worked for 5 years in Generalist human resources functions, in sectors such as logistics or transport.

How was the onboarding process with T&S?

My induction went very well. People from engineering and IT teams welcomed me warmly, and their help take great part in my progression. Actually, I feel like I’ve been part of the company for many years, it’s quite odd! Their HR, managerial and commercial approach is very rich and different, and this is why T&S is successful today.

What do you like most about T&S?

I really appreciate the working methods. Each division has a well-defined and organised process, it this suits me well. The atmosphere between colleagues is very nice, and the dynamism impulsed by everyone makes everyday life pleasant.

Why choose T&S Group?

I chose to join T&S group because it was a company that offered me a multitude of possibilities both in terms of duties and locations. The geographical and functional mobility aspects are important and I wanted to start my engineering career with international and diversified experience. T&S also offers young graduates the opportunity to quickly progress to working on innovative projects with high added-value.

How was the onboarding process with T&S?

I first started at a site near Stuttgart where I joined a team of several T&S consultants, which helped hugely with settling into the job. I felt genuinely guided and supported by my manager, and that allowed me to quickly find my bearings.

What do you like most about T&S?

In my opinion, T&S' strength is in its ability to create connections, exchanges and close relationships between the manager, the project manager and other colleagues on site. Communication is simple, open and frank, there are no hierarchical barriers. I feel free to express my opinion and the teams listen to employees' expectations. Added to that, I particularly enjoy the many events that are organised throughout the year, which give us an opportunity to meet other T&S colleagues and learn about them.

What's your current role?

I joined T&S group through a Business Internship as an application engineer on braking systems. The application team based in the north of Stuttgart is responsible for the calibration and verification of driver assistance systems, mainly ABS/ESP systems.

Why choose T&S Group?

I was looking for a role in the automotive industry, primarily with a strong technical and field-working component. Application was the perfect match to my expectations. Indeed, the required combination of theory and practice, or more specifically a thorough understanding of the operation of the ESP combined with on-vehicle parameter calibration, makes the job well-rounded and rewarding. I chose T&S in particular for its dynamic and stimulating work environment, the importance placed on people and the opportunity to develop thanks to real guidance in terms of HR. The strength of team spirit made settling into the role much easier, and it was relatively fast as a result.

How was the onboarding process ?

From the start, I was able to attend a two-day general training course given by T&S members to all newcomers, then the application engineers already there welcomed me right away and trained me on more specific tools. I also had the chance to go to Belgium to work on a testing campaign for two weeks as of my third week in the role. This highly intense project phase allowed me to greatly speed up my uptake and implementation of the required knowledge.

What do you like most about T&S?

If I had to mention just one of T&S' strengths, it would be its dynamism, which is without doubt made possible by its trusting attitude and an open ear to its employees.

What course did you graduate from?

After getting my Science Baccalaureate, I chose to continue with a two-year foundation degree in Physics Science and Engineering before enrolling at ENSI Poitiers for an engineering degree in Electrical and Automation Engineering.

I soon noticed that T&S was well positioned with clients operating in fields that particularly interested me. I also had very good feedback from former course mates who are currently working at T&S.

What do you like most about T&S?

Despite the group's significant growth, the "start-up" spirit is still very much present. There still aren't many of us, which massively encourages interaction and human relationships.
